Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Deputy Kitchen Manager for Miller & Carter in the Maidstone area. You will lead and train a kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and uphold brand standards, while driving performance against targets.

You’ll be part of a management team with access to the company’s Steak School and progression opportunities across the group, plus extensive staff benefits and discounts across all brands.

Job description
