Job summary

Miller & Carter - Parkhead is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food and strong guest satisfaction. You will train and mentor staff and oversee ordering and preparation to maintain consistency across the kitchen.

You will drive targets with your team, manage stock and operate within a branded menu, while enforcing health and hygiene regulations to deliver excellent guest experiences.
