Miller & Carter - Maidstone is seeking a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead a winning team and uphold the highest standards of steak preparation in a busy, guest‑focused restaurant. As a master of the menu, you’ll train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of, while ensuring operational smoothness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen supervision/management.
• Ability to train and lead a team.
• Experience with food ordering, stock control and cost awareness.
• Familiarity with branded menus and high quality standards.
