Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Deputy Kitchen Manager at Miller and Carter in Ashton-under-Lyne. You will lead a winning kitchen team, training staff to deliver high-quality food and honour the branded menu. You will drive performance, manage stock and food orders, and support the Head Chef as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering consistent quality.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock control and cost targets.
• Experience with branded menus and supporting Head Chef.
