Miller & Carter - Ashton is recruiting a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead a winning kitchen team and deliver high-quality steaks. You will train and inspire your team to produce dishes the brand is proud of, while driving performance and managing stock and ordering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff to meet targets.
