Job summary

Miller & Carter - Aylesbury is seeking a Kitchen Manager to build and lead a high-performing kitchen, mentoring your team and overseeing food ordering and preparation.

You will ensure consistent delivery of top-quality dishes, work with a branded menu, and drive sales and guest satisfaction while complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and mentoring staff.
• Experience with kitchen operations including food ordering and stock control.
• Ability to work with branded menu and uphold health and hygiene standards.
