Miller & Carter Sheffield City Centre is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will manage a branded menu, train your team and drive performance while ensuring food safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Ability to train and motivate a kitchen team.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering processes.
• Knowledge of branded menus and portioning standards.
