Children's home Ibstock are recruiting for a Deputy Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Manager to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support and care for our young people and be responsible for a small staff team.

Our home is a detached property set in a rural location on the outskirts of a Leicestershire village, with access to Burton and Midland's Road network. The home provides a nurturing, supportive, structured, and stable environment, on a 24-hour basis, for up to three young people aged up to 18 with emotional, developmental and/or behavioural difficulties.
Due to the location of this role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
