Job description

Deputy Home Manager (LD 4 Bed Service) - £25,000.00 – (Days) - Kettering NN16 – PERMANENT


Due to expansion, we are looking for a Deputy Manager (Kettering). A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Home Manager. The Home is a fantastic facility for 4-6 Service Users, in a great location.


We are recruiting a Deputy Home Manager (or experienced Senior Support Worker who is ready for the next step) to deliver a quality of care and support to our service users.


Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm), working 5 shifts a week, including alternative weekends. You must work BOTH early and late shifts.


Please note - at present, having a Full UK driving licence is essential as you will be using the company vehicle.


Duties and Responsibilities


  1. A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008.
  2. You will be tasked with helping to lead and supervise the support and care teams to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care.
  3. Full UK Driving Licence (3 points Maximum) and be over 25 years of age due to insurance purposes.
  4. It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 – 5.
  5. You will be supported by the experienced management team.
