Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking a Deputy/Team Leader to share responsibility with the Home Manager for the smooth operation of the home and to deliver high-quality, dignified care for residents. You will lead a team, support staff development, and ensure compassionate, person-centred approaches are embedded in daily practice.

The role requires leadership experience and a Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care, with a focus on maintaining excellent standards of care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a care setting.
• Experience as Deputy or Team Leader.
• Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care required.

Job description

You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.

• You will help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives. Previous Experience as a Deputy or Team Leader required.
• Leadership experience
• Essential to hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
• You'll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
