Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking a capable leader to take a designated unit, lead a team and ensure high-quality resident care on a daily basis. You will review and update care plans, provide personal care to residents, administer medications and organise engaging social activities, with DBS checks and relevant safeguarding steps in place.

Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care; Level 3 is desirable or progression planned.

Qualifications

• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Experience with older people in a residential care setting is required.
• Overseas Police Check/Certificate of Good Conduct may be required in addition to Enhanced DBS.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
• You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
