Deputy Home Manager

Contract: Full Time - Perm

Hour: 37 hours per week

Pay: £37,525 per annum

Location: Providence Way, Baldock, SG7 6TT

We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at Providence Court Care Home in Baldock. A 61 bed charming historic market town with excellent local amenities, transport links and a strong community feel, offering residents the perfect blend of convenience and countryside living. Where collaboration, compassion, respect, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything we do, creating a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will provide compassionate person‑centric care and support residents with respect and dignity to maintain independence.

What You'll Bring

• Previous Experience as a Deputy or Team Leader required
• Leadership experience
• Essential to hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
• You'll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manger to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home
• You will help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
