The Education Network is seeking a Deputy Head Teacher for a SEND trust in Birmingham. You will lead with vision, drive standards and work alongside the Headteacher to shape long-term outcomes for the children.

You will need leadership experience, deep understanding of teaching and learning, strong communication with staff, governors, parents, and a commitment to safeguarding through Enhanced DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or aspiring to Deputy Head Teacher with a track record of school improvement.
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning in the classroom is essential.
• Excellent communication with staff, governors, parents and children is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the senior team to drive standards, culture and long-term school success.
• Collaborate with the Headteacher to shape future aspirations and strategic planning.
• Balance day-to-day operational demands with a clear, long-term view for pupil outcomes.
