Are you a Deputy Headteacher committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people? We are looking for an experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our fantastic team at our New Options School - Penny Tree School in Kings Norton, Birmingham. Our New Options School will provide support for pupils with a variety of complex needs including Autism.
Job Purpose
To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body. To work with the Head Teacher, leadership team and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.

Our New Options School – Penny Tree School will have capacity for 60 pupils and is due to open in April 2025. We're recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher to assist the Headteacher in setting up and growing our new school.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
