Role Overview:

Position: Head of Operations

Location: Remote, with occasional meetings in London or Manchester

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 35 days holiday (including bank holidays) + 5 adventure days

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience leading operations in an SME or similar organization
  • Proven ability to improve systems and processes, preferably in education or related fields
  • Proficiency with CRM software, spreadsheets, and similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in the international schools market or education sector
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with coaching and coach training services
