Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of SEND provision and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership with Headteacher to drive school improvement.
• Lead and develop staff, manage safeguarding and safeguarding officer duties.
• Engage with parents, governors, and external agencies.
• Observe teaching and mentoring staff as part of leadership duties.
