Job summary

Foxbridge Primary School is seeking an ambitious Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team. Working closely with the Headteacher, the Deputy Headteacher will shape strategic leadership, drive school improvement and model outstanding classroom practice to raise pupil outcomes.

This role offers opportunities to lead SEND, collaborate across the Flying High Partnership and develop as a school leader within a welcoming, inclusive context that puts children at the centre of every decision.

Foxbridge Primary School is seeking an ambitious and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent teacher and emerging or experienced leader who wants to make a real difference, grow alongside a developing school and take the next significant step in their leadership journey. About the Role

Working closely with the Headteacher, the Deputy Headteacher will make a significant contribution to the strategic leadership and continued development of Foxbridge Primary School. This is a role with genuine scope to grow: the successful candidate will help shape the school’s next chapter, develop their leadership across a broad range of responsibilities and make a visible impact on children, colleagues and the wider community. They will model excellent classroom practice, support and challenge colleagues and help translate the school’s vision into consistently strong provision for every pupil.

For the right person, the role also offers the opportunity to develop expertise and take whole-school leadership responsibility for special educational needs and disabilities. Applicants do not need to be an existing SENDCo or already hold the SENDCo qualification. Where appropriate, the school and Partnership will provide the support, professional learning and time needed to complete the relevant statutory qualification and grow confidently into this area of leadership.
