Job summary
Foxbridge Primary School is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team and help shape the school’s next chapter. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, guiding strategic leadership, improving teaching and pupil outcomes, and supporting staff development.

Qualifications
- Excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for every child.
- Proven leadership experience with impact on teaching and pupil outcomes.
- Understanding of school improvement, assessment and curriculum development.
- Passion for inclusion and removing barriers to learning for pupils with SEND.
- Ability to inspire and develop others while providing professional challenge.
Responsibilities
- Shape the school’s next chapter and drive strategic leadership.
- Support and challenge staff to translate the vision into strong pupil provision.
- Lead whole-school responsibilities including SEND leadership development.
- Collaborate with Headteacher and Flying High Partnership.
