Job Opportunity: SEN Deputy Headteacher

The PWR team is seeking a highly experienced and compassionate SEN Deputy Headteacher for a well-regarded inclusive school in the borough of Harrow. This leadership role is ideal for someone dedicated to supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with the Headteacher and SENCo to develop and implement the school's SEND strategy.
2. Overseeing provision for students with EHC plans.
3. Leading staff training related to SEND.
4. Managing a team of teaching assistants and specialists.
5. Building strong relationships with parents and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for students.
