Job summary

Witherslack Group in Westbury is seeking an experienced Deputy Head Teacher to shape the school's vision alongside the Head Teacher and senior leaders. You will lead on staffing, safeguarding and ensuring high standards of teaching and outcomes for pupils with SEND.

Qualifications

• You’ll need previous teaching experience and have Qualified Teacher Status.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership and management experience.

• Ability to develop a strong staff team and support staff through coaching.

This beautiful site brings together education, care and therapeutic support for our young people, providing the perfect backdrop to realise their full potential.
