An established industry player is seeking a Deputy Head of Training to lead and coordinate training activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence. The Deputy Head of Training will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all training activities within the organisation, ensuring the highest standards of training, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is deputising for the Head of Training, involving managing staff, supervising the training process, and ensuring that training programs meet both organisational and regulatory requirements. The Deputy Head of Training will also occasionally deliver training as an instructor or examiner, contribute to commercial bids, and assist with the management of safety and change processes.
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
