Role Overview

They are looking for a Deputy Head Of Department. This department is the most diverse and changing within their retail team and is known for its excellent service and high standards. They seek someone to ensure these high standards are maintained daily by maintaining shopfloor presence and directing the team to achieve the best results.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Department in engaging and developing the team to reach their full potential. Retail experience and a proven track record of leading a team are essential. You will enjoy leading a team to achieve high standards and sales targets, with a passion for success and excellence. Since the team is relatively inexperienced due to growth, a love for training and development is essential.
