About us

We have a supportive, experienced team with certificate holders in surgery and ophthalmology, along with two vets studying for certificates. Our facilities include ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, gonioscope, orthopaedic kit, multi-parameter units for theatre, and a full in-house lab. Additionally, we have two mental health first aiders in our team.

About you

We are seeking an RVN with a minimum of 4 years of qualification, ideally with experience in team leadership. You will serve as the line manager for all SVNs and VCAs, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and appraisals. You will collaborate with our Head Nurse and Practice Development Manager to facilitate training and organize CPD for the team. Your daily tasks may include rota management, holiday requests, weekly management meetings, and working as an RVN performing hospital care, surgeries, nursing consultations, and other nursing duties.

• Salary up to £33,696 (FTE/DOE)
