Job summary

Mad Swans in the Mendips seeks a Deputy Golf Course and Landscape Manager to lead the agronomy and robotics teams and ensure superb course conditions. The role is based on site at Mad Swans in the Mendips, five days a week, outdoors, with a 42-hour week and an annual salary of £35,000.

You will manage plant and machinery, including autonomous mowers, support gardening projects, and contribute to guest experiences while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing golf course maintenance teams.
• NVQ Level 2 in Greenkeeping required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise agronomy and robotics teams.
• Maintain golf course and outdoor areas to high standards.
• Oversee plant and machinery, including autonomous mowers.
• Collaborate with chef on garden produce and seasonal planting.
