Job summary

Slim Chickens Plymouth is seeking a Deputy General Manager to back the General Manager in running a busy restaurant in Plymouth. You will lead shifts, uphold high standards and serve as a role model for the team, ensuring consistent service and a positive guest experience.

As the right hand to the GM, you’ll own daily operations, drive health & safety, support stock and labor planning, and coach team members to grow. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams.
• Strong focus on health & safety and cleanliness.
• Stock control, labour planning and inventory awareness.
• Onboarding, coaching and developing team members.

• Run smooth and efficient shifts and motivate the team.
