Job summary

Signature Group is opening Forrest Road, a dual-concept venue combining a premium dining pub with a high-energy sports bar. As Deputy General Manager, you will lead the sports bar operation, directing pace, energy and execution across one of the busiest sections of the site, ensuring efficient service during peak trading.

Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in a management role within a high-volume bar or late-night venue.
Proven ability to manage fast-paced service and large guest volumes.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams under pressure.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead sports bar operations, ensuring pace, energy and execution during peak trading.
Work with the General Manager to drive smooth service and exceptional guest experience.
Mentor and manage large teams, especially in busy service periods.
