Rileys is seeking an enthusiastic deputy or assistant manager to support the General Manager in a busy sports bar environment. You will lead and develop the team, recruit and coach staff, and ensure excellent guest service on shift.

With a hands-on, people-first approach, you will manage rosters, cascade GM guidance, and help drive a culture of fun, teamwork and high standards across all departments.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, coach, develop and care for team to foster strong culture.
• Create robust, fortnightly rosters and ensure smooth operation when GM is away.
• Cascade communication from GM to all departments and uphold house rules.
• Deliver first-class service and handle feedback and complaints on shift.
• Lead monthly team training sessions and support talent development.
• Create a safe, fun work environment with opportunities for progression.
