THE PIG in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, is seeking a Deputy General Manager to join the management team and oversee hotel operations.

You will drive standards across all departments, support the Hotel Director in daily running, and deputise in their absence while fostering a culture of exceptional hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The role offers a clear progression path within a growing group.

Formación

• Significant experience in hospitality management or hotel operations.
• Experience in high-volume or premium casual dining settings.

Responsabilidades

• Be present on the floor and drive high standards across all departments.
• Encourage training, cross-training, and development programmes for staff.
• Analyze costs, budgeting, room rates, and revenue to optimise performance.
• deputise for the Hotel Director in their absence and ensure smooth daily operations.
