THE PIG in the Cotswolds is seeking a Deputy General Manager to join the management team at our Barnsley, GL7 5EE site. You will lead across departments, support the Hotel Director, and help run daily operations with a focus on high standards and staff development.

This role offers up to £50,000 per annum DOE, with OTE £56,700 including tronc; 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. A clear progression path exists within THE PIG for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Significant and demonstrable hospitality management experience.
• Experience in high-volume or premium casual dining restaurants.
• Ability to deliver high-volume operations with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Be on the floor with staff to drive standards across departments.
• Encourage training, development and apprenticeships.
• Analyse costs, budgeting, room rates, revenue and projects.
• Deputise for Hotel Director in their absence.
