The PIG on the Beach in Studland, Swanage, is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and support the Hotel Director. This role focuses on maintaining exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination.

You will be responsible for staff development, cost control and profitable operations, while upholding THE PIG’s standards and values in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in hospitality management required.
• Experience in high-volume or premium casual dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be on the floor, driving high standards across all departments.
• Encourage training, cross-training and staff development programs.
• Analyse costs, budgeting, room rates, revenue and property projects.
• Deputise for the Hotel Director in their absence.
