Job summary

THE PIG in Studland is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume service in a coastal setting. You will host the room and set the tone for a relaxed yet professional style that makes guests feel welcome and well cared for.

You will train, plan and develop the team to deliver outstanding service, manage shifts and maintain our daily changing menu ethos. The role offers a generous benefits package and clear progression within the THE PIG group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with exposure to high volume quality service.
• Excellent people skills.

Location: THE PIG - on the beach, Studland, Swanage, BH19 3AU

Pay: Up to £40,400 per annum DOE, (OTE £46,300 inclusive of tronc)

Hours: 45 hours per week, over 5 days

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We guarantee each service to be different, fun, and full of atmosphere!

As a Restaurant Manager at The PIG you must have the ability to host a room, setting the tone for a relaxed yet professional style of service that's guaranteed to ensure our guests can sit back and enjoy their time with us.

Our Restaurant team is diverse, with varied experience and abilities on display you will need to train, plan and develop their skills to collectively provide a quality service to our guests.

The ideal Restaurant Manager at THE PIG will show creativity and empowerment to those around them by giving that little extra in everything they do.

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with exposure to high volume quality service is desired, along with excellent people skills.
