Bel & The Dragon Odiham is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, planning, and staff development to maintain exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. The role suits a proactive leader who thrives in a busy, service-focused environment.

You will lead from the front, help shape a strong team culture, and contribute to our continued success as part of a growing business with a recognised hospitality brand.

We're now looking for a Deputy Manager to join our leadership team and support the General Manager in driving the business forward. You'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, future planning, supporting and developing the team and maintaining high standards across every area of the business. We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys developing and motivating a strong team culture.

We are a complete team of around 50 individuals, we boast 16 boutique hotel bedrooms, with a large garden terrace of around 110 covers, an 80 seater restaurant, 12 cover Private Dining room & bar areas.
