Bel & The Dragon Odiham in Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the team, maintain exceptional standards and deliver memorable experiences for every guest across our restaurant, bar and boutique rooms.

You will energise the team, coach and develop talent, and ensure premium food, drink and service with a warm, welcoming culture. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role within the Fuller’s family.
