Famous for flippin good burgers, cocktails and craft beer, Hub Box is looking for Deputy General Managers to help lead our teams across Cornwall.

If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy restaurant and has a genuine passion for hospitality, then we want to hear from you. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual currently in an Assistant or Deputy Manager role looking to progress and develop the skills to become a future Hub Box General Manger.

As a Deputy General Manager, you join our team too:

• Support the General Manager (GM) In leading the restaurant team in the delivery of our ambition
• Create opportunities to coach, mentor & train the restaurant team
• Assist the GM in shaping the rotas to ensure we have the right people in the restaurant at the right time
• Be available to recruit & select Front of House team members alongside the GM
• Optimise the commercials by optimising performance & productivity
• Keep the restaurant safe, sound & compliant by ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, The Good Work Plan & The Working Time Regulations
