Chestnut is seeking a Deputy General Manager for The Chequers in Hunstanton to lead both FOH and BOH teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth operations. You will liaise with management, drive financial performance and foster a positive, high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience required.
• Proven track record leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Strong liaison with property management and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through all aspects of restaurant/hotel experiences.
