The Globe Inn, part of the Chestnut group, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to lead the FOH and BOH teams, drive service excellence, and help meet and exceed financial targets while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Working with the General Manager, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage cash and stock, and foster a positive, high‑performing culture across the property.

• Experience leading FOH and BOH teams.
• Ability to drive service standards and guest experience.
• Proven track record in recruiting and developing staff.

Responsibilities
