Job summary

Chestnut is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Weeping Willow property, a food-led, guest-focused venue. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver a great guest experience, drive revenue, and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

We are looking for an energetic professional who can recruit, train and develop staff, manage stock, and ensure the smooth operation of dining and accommodation services.

• Lead and inspire the FOH and BOH team to achieve high standards of service.
• Collaborate with management to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Lead guests through all aspects of restaurant/hotel experience.
