Job Description:

The Deputy Director of Finance & Performance – Complex Care role offers a hybrid working environment with 1 day on-site in the South East. We seek a strategic, qualified finance leader with experience in data modelling and complex data analysis to identify trends and support financial decision-making.

• Manage and analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Oversee invoicing, contracts, and performance teams.
• Support financial modelling, cost improvement programmes, and budget setting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across healthcare and local authorities.
• Drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and influence financial management.

Qualifications include expertise in financial modelling & data analysis, CIMA, ACCA, or ACMA certification, and knowledge of direct payments & commissioning work. Experience within ICBs, local authorities, education, or NHSE is desirable.
