Job summary

Dormy House Hotel & Spa, part of Farncombe Estate in Broadway, is seeking a Deputy F&B Manager to lead a high-end front-of-house team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You’ll support the leadership of our award-winning restaurant teams and help shape the guest journey with personal, memorable service.

Join The Back Garden (3 AA Rosette) and MO (4 AA Rosette) experiences, mentoring staff, coordinating with kitchens, and driving service standards while upholding the relaxed luxury

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience within a quality restaurant or hotel environment.
• Fine dining experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of our Food & Beverage operation.
• Lead and motivate a front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Be a visible presence during service and build rapport with guests.
• Drive service standards that exceed expectations.
• Support development, training and coaching of your team.
• Work closely with kitchen and hotel teams to deliver seamless service.
• Assist with payroll, stock control and departmental performance.
• Maximise revenue opportunities through product knowledge and upselling.
