Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to support the management of dining operations at Benton Hall Golf & Country Club, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for members and guests.

You will oversee multiple dining areas, working with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain high standards, drive revenue, control costs, recruit and develop the team, and ensure premium hospitality excellence in a sought-after UK club environment.

Qualifications

Experience in Food & Beverage management.
Budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
People management, recruitment, training and performance.
Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in inventory management and supplier relations advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple dining areas and support the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain high service standards.
Drive commercial performance, control costs and optimise revenue.
Assist with inventory management, supplier relationships and facility upkeep.
Monitor rotas and payroll and support team development in collaboration with senior management.
