Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations across multiple dining areas. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain high service standards, drive revenue, control costs, and ensure memorable experiences for members and guests.

You will manage inventory, suppliers, payroll, and rotas, while supporting team development and ongoing collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Food & Beverage management.
• Strong financial skills in budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
• Excellent people management, recruitment, training and performance.
• Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Strong communication skills with the team and guests.
• Experience in inventory management and supplier relations.
