CS UK Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager for a leading domiciliary care provider in Canterbury, Kent. You will support the registered manager, cover in their absence, and uphold high standards of care.

Key duties include staffing planning, care assessments, liaising with health professionals, and supervising care workers. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care plus domiciliary care experience are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and relevant domiciliary care experience.
• Experience in a similar role within domiciliary care setting.
• Ability to cover in the registered manager's absence and uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Support registered manager to run the service safely and cover in absence.
• Plan staffing levels and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Undertake care assessments and liaise with healthcare professionals.
• Recruit, supervise and develop healthcare workers.
