As a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the needs of our children are fully recognized and met.
You will work as part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Head Teacher. You will collaborate with colleagues across different locations to develop your skills and knowledge. Your responsibilities include supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead in safeguarding duties, liaising with statutory and non-statutory agencies, and supporting the wider school team.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead in a school setting, with a strong CPD portfolio related to Safeguarding and Child Protection. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently are essential. A full UK driving license and experience supporting medication administration are also required.
