Deputy Compliance Manager, City of London

• Manage and execute the company's compliance program
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure the company's adherence to legal standards and in-house policies
• Act as a point of contact for all employees regarding compliance regulations
• Prepare compliance reports for internal management and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with different departmental managers to review all departmental compliance policies
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes

A successful Deputy Compliance Manager should have:
