Radis Community Care seeks a Deputy Care Manager (Extra Care) for Hartfields Retirement Village Extra Care scheme in Hartlepool. You will support the Service Manager with operations, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership to deliver person-centred care in a community setting.

Strong NVQ credentials and experience in extra care are preferred, with driving and DBS checks as part of the role. Radis offers a supportive induction and progression opportunities within a structured care team.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ 3 preferred; working towards Level 5 registration.
• Experience in extra care preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist Service Manager with operational oversight and service delivery.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance with a focus on CQC standards.
• Lead and develop care and support teams; handle rostering, induction, and training.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals to coordinate support.
• Support governance, budget monitoring, and accurate scheme data management.
