We are looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Care Manager to work at our residential service in Deeping St James.
At this service, we support 5 adults (1 female, 4 males) with complex needs. We focus on person-centred support that helps people live full, meaningful lives.
As a Deputy Care Manager, your role will be split into office administrative and hands on Support Worker shifts. This is an opportunity for you to work alongside the Registered Care Manager to help run the home. Previous care experience is essential for this role.
A full manual UK license is required as we have a company vehicle used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
