Rate: £15.03 per hour
Permanent | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week (rota-based)

Orchard House is a small, friendly home which provides care and support for up to 10 people with learning and physical disabilities. The age of the service users are 40 to 74. They support 4 females and 6 males in this service.
We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to assist in leading our dedicated team and ensure the continued delivery of outstanding care in line with CQC and regulatory standards.
We're seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
