• Knowledge of relevant codes of practice and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Home Manager in operation of the residential home.
• Develop, implement and monitor individual care plans.
• Provide staff supervision and administrative control.
• Ensure compliance with codes of practice and legislation.
• Lead staffing coordination and inductions.
• Conduct risk assessments for staff and residents.
• Support investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
• Collaborate with other departments and homes within Choice Care.
