New Way Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a well-established specialist care provider, recruiting a Deputy Care Home Manager in Croydon. The role leads a dedicated care team, promotes a person-centred culture and ensures CQC compliance for adults with complex needs.

You will support the Registered Manager, manage rotas, audits and quality assurance while championing dignity and meaningful outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active pin.
• Experience in a Senior/Deputy management role within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding legislation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Calm, organised and confident in leading teams.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist care provider seeking a compassionate and motivated Deputy Care Home Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of a residential service supporting adults with complex needs.

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (essential).
• Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards it (desirable).
