Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager for a Croydon-based residential service supporting adults with complex needs. You will work with the Registered Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a high standard of person-centred care.

The role requires Senior or Deputy management experience, strong knowledge of CQC standards, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential, with Level 5 qualification desirable.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist care provider seeking a compassionate and motivated Deputy Care Home Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of a residential service supporting adults with complex needs.
